PAYMENT:
Milton Market accepts all major credit cards; American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Apple Pay.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Connecticut at the local tax rate of 6.35%.

SHIPPING:
Online orders are processed within 1-3 business days for all in stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. A confirmation e-mail with tracking information is sent once your package has been shipped.

Milton Market offers USPS and UPS. Friday orders ship the following Monday.

Special orders will ship as soon as we receive them. Therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together, unless otherwise requested.

If an item is out of stock, please reach out to us for information on restocking delivery dates.

RETURNS:
Milton Market accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of goods for store credit or exchange only. All items must be in original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns on pantry, cleaning, apothecary, vintage, furniture, special orders or sale items. Shop credits are honored for one year from the date of issue. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Please contact info@miltonmarketct.com to start the process.

GIFT WRAP:
We wrap in kraft paper with black grosgrain ribbon. If you would like to include a note with your gift, please write your message in the “special instructions” section at check out.
